FRANCE,
A BEAUTIFUL AND HISTORICAL COUNTRY
Come discover the region of "La Lorraine" where I grew up....
This city has been built for people to have fun. In 1972, the municipality decided, after renovation schools, gymnasiums and cultural centers, to build an Olympic ice rink and swimming pool.
That’s how it all started, shortly after a restaurant and club were added and since that day the tourism kept increasing exponentially.
Such a small amount of inhabitants but so many things to be done in this city! There are only a little more 10 000 inhabitants in this city but more than 6 millions of visitors every year!
Located between the two cities, Amneville can be a spare wheel for rainy days but it also is often a cool plan for the evening, a day or the weekend; it is definitely Messins' (Metz inhabitants’) and Thionvillois’ (Thionville inhabitants) favorite entertainment area.
There is such an amazing amount of activities and fun places to go that whether you come with your friends, your family or by yourself you will most likely have a good time.
Amnéville-les-Thermes

What really made Amnéville famous is the Hydrotherapy complex where people can enjoy the hot water, the massages, saunas and hammams in a relaxing and quiet environment.
It started with “Thermapolis” in 1986 and recently a second one has been built called “Villa Pompei”. New buildings are always in constructions, it seems like they never stop expanding this area.

You can find one of the best zoos in Europe with 300 animal’s species and 2000 animals, an aquarium with the most exotic species, an indoor ski slope, a tree climbing trail, a movie theater, a casino, a bowling, a gold court, hotels, restaurants and so on and so on….

It is definitely one of the funnest place I have ever been to....
Anytime of the year or the week, one trip to Amnéville and you will get you as much as fun as you need to put a smile on your face!
